Hazel travels globally reviewing new food and drink trends and identifying opportunities for Australian businesses. Recent trends include new gluten free speciality flours, vegetable rich snack products, plant-based protein alternatives and sophisticated zero alcohol distilled beverages.
2. CREATE
With careful consideration for your individual business objectives and resources, Hazel creates innovative food and drink products for specific target markets. She develops creative on-trend concepts using your key ingredient with natural flavours and other functional ingredients, combined with tried-and-tested safe food technology processes. Hazel then develops several options for your assessment.
3. PROOF OF CONCEPT
Production realities are sense checked and costed, proof of concept samples are prepared for analysis, shelf-life trials, consumer focus groups and retailer presentations. Then commercial production protocols are developed, and if necessary, linkages with contract manufacturers are made.
4. VALIDATION
